Very Insightful and deep. Two points that make me ponder- the importance of silence in human conversations versus machines, and the other point is about leaving context unchanged( the next morning). Will AI understand which part of the context needs to remain unchanged, and which part doesn't, especially when the environment and the objectives cannot be made precise at the outset?

Lovely writing Nisheeth & sorry for your loss.

Given the poor state of mental health in India(& across the world), i believe ai can play a big role in alleviating the taboo around mental health & be a confiding "sink" - especially for topics and things, where fellow humans(family, friends, etc) are unlikely to be helpful & judgemental !

I wish there were fellow human beings who could be witness to all the people who need comfort & help, but the odds are stacked against the magnitude of the problem.

Another trend i have noticed is Indian society is becoming more individualistic like American/western society and ala "I-maker", which i believe is the root cause of increasing loneliness
